WHAT IS SUMMER SPORTS AND SUPPER?

Summer Sports and Supper is program run by the Grace Baptist Church. The church's property is opened up so youth can play sports like street hockey, basketball, beach volleyball, soccer, football, can jam, and cornhole.  Halfway through the program, participating youths are provided with a free supper.  In addition, we use the opportunity provided by this half-time to share a short message from the Bible about what we passionately believe to be the most important truths that a young person needs to hear, believe, and live by.  After half-time, it is back to the sports!

WHO IS IT FOR?

Summer Sports and Supper is intended primarily for high school aged youth (aged 13+).  College aged students are also welcome to join us if they are willing to include the younger teens in their games.

WHEN IS IT?

Summer Sports and Supper runs every Wednesday in June, July, and August (weather permitted).  The program begins at 6:00pm, with halftime (Supper and Speaker) at 7:00pm.  The official end time is 8:30 pm, but with parents permission, youth are welcomed to stay until dark.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Nothing!  Summer Sports and Supper is provided absolutely free by the members of Grace Baptist Church.  We only ask that you come willing to participate and listen intently to the halftime message.  In addition, we ask that you treat other youth and adults respectfully, and refrain from wearing immodest clothing and using offensive language.

WHERE CAN I GET MORE INFORMATION?

For more information, please contact the church by calling (585) 335-6190 or by email.  Alternatively, you can use a form on our Contact page on this website.  We are looking forward to seeing you on Wednesday nights!
